Based on the 2 images below, the preferred look I am looking for is the TITLE of the post “Overall Equipment Effectiveness Monitoring System3 (OEEMS3)” being bluewhile hovering effect of yellow colour. However, the hovering seems to be static. I seem to have layer issues within the font colours. Please advice me on how I should approach this.
