How to add 1/2 columns in the acrticle? I can’t find it.

Hi,
That is a page not an article, created in the Visual composer editor. The editor is recommended to be used only for creating pages – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/
For the articles you can use this option if you would like to use 2 columns in your article page

You could enable Visual composer to work on posts if you want to

But this may not work properly and could provide unexpected results, you can give it a try and see if you can manage to create the post content layout that you want.
