I had to use some short code on my website by using column text box on tagdiv editor, but it didnt update the contents when I write down the short code inside it.
is there any other way to insert the short code on tagdiv editor? or any way to fix the current problem? thanks!

yes I did, and it used to take few seconds to automatically update whatever I wrote in text section. but now it is not changing.
Thought it was bcz of internet connection so I waited for few minutes but still did not update. so now I want to know if there is any other way to put short codes, or how to fix this to work

Please make sure that your shurtocde in working, in order to do that you can set that shotcode in a new post, and see if this is appear, if is working that it should work in column text too.

the short code worked when I edit the page with WP bakery, but the error message appears when I tried to edit the page with TD composer after editing page with wp bakery.
It used to work fine, but the contents I wrote on column text box doesnt get updated as I write on it. I tried it again after disabling all plugins I installed recently, but it still was same :/

If you build the page with WP bakery set the shortcode with WP bakery.
Please try with other shortcode and see if this is still happen.
