Hi, I’ve just installed the latest Newsmag theme (I had to buy it again, as the original was installed by another developer) and I tested and redesigned the site first on localhost, where I was able to add a column text element containing a shortcode using the TagDiv designer. I’ve now imported the theme settings and my new homepage, but the column text element is missing in TagDiv on the live site when I try to add a new element, and the one already on the page doesn’t show. If I save any changes to the page that element disappears completely. It’s quite important so I don’t want that to happen.
How to fix please?

Usually the Column Text is missing in tagDiv when you have enable WP Bakery plugin, if you do have it enable, you have two chooses:
1 – you disable this plugin and the Column Text will reappear.
2 – use another tagDiv element as text with title.

While I have you, my youtube social media counter isn’t picking up the subscribers… I have a working API key entered. Any thoughts?
Otherwise, great work. I was miffed to have to repurchase this, but I have to admit this is nice to use and so far I’m very happy.

I’m not sure, but in some cases the youtube api key can be became invalid, and you need to make a new one and replace the old api key, after that you need to clear all cache.
