I am adding column text at tagdiv composer. When I click to edit content button, I am waiting the circle which means loading for minutes. To sum up, it is not working. By the way other elements are working well, at least I had tried ones 🙂

In the most of the cases it is an admin-ajax.php error, because this request is blocked by modSecurity from host, or it can be from firewall or other security modules/plugins, this can be checked the console.
If you can not manage the situation, then please make a full backup and contact us at contact@tagdiv.com provide wp-admin and cPanel. We’ll check it as soon as possible. Please include the link of this topic to identify you.

I’m having the same problem, but I don’t have access to Cpanel, but I can edit the .htaccess if needed.
Hi propagare, do you see any errors in console when you open the column text? Base on that message we see hat can be done. Sometimes it is from a code that sis set in htaccess, or security modules.
If you want you can contact us via email and we can check to see what it is blocking the column text to work.
