How can I change number of columns in a Block??.

Hello,
Blocks are predefined and do not have options to change the column numbers. The block layout is fixed and cannot be altered. You can change the post sorting and other block settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/ but the column number cannot be changed.
