Please make sure you set up correctly the menu structure, like in our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/
Please do not set sub-menu under a mega menu -> https://i.imgur.com/DYtV7Fa.png -> https://i.imgur.com/yR1huKj.png, this will make it look like this -> https://i.imgur.com/q4FqBYK.png
