I enabled comments but they do not appear. I think I forcibly disabled them. Please help me make the comments window appear again.

I believe these are the comments https://prnt.sc/e2EMJ-b9VOpe And the option to leave a comment requires being logged in. If you want to provide the comments for everyone, you can deactivate that setting https://prnt.sc/GL4g7uhlcr8i
Or is there a different problem that I am not seeing?
