Comment Count Not Working With Disqus

Hello, I’ve been using this theme for a little over two months now and I started off using the regular Jetpack WordPress comment system. I updated my account to use Disqus last week. My comments are 1) not fully imported from Jetpack to Disqus and 2) the comment count built into the theme doesn’t count the Disqus comments.

People are saying that it should be updated automatically, but it hasn’t happened for me. If it matter, my theme is version 3.2.

Hi,
Unfortunately we do not provide support for 3rd party plugins that are not made by us. From what I know disqus should update the comment count automatically but I think there is some kind of cache on your site and that’s why you cannot update the theme and the comments are not shown.
