Hi.
All comments on my site are turned off. This is intentional to avoid the costs of moderation and potential liability for user posts.
Every post link on my homepage is showing a zero comments counter. This is providing negative social proof to users of my website. I need to either turn this off or find out how to cancel and get a refund on the theme.

Please let me know what prebuilt website you have.
You can have the comment counter in the tab layout https://www.screencast.com/t/cHE1i1UUc4I. Also, you can go to the Theme Panel -> Blocks settings and disable the comments -> https://i.imgur.com/heBQvoZ.png
