comments on the post page for non logged users , trying to change form field’s placeholder from website – to website(Optional) in “comments.php” . Not able achieve it. I know without * it means non-mandatory field. I need the placeholder “website(Optional)”

If you are using a cloud template, then the file that need to be edited is on this path -> wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/state/single/tdb_state_single.php -> https://i.imgur.com/bUSClzp.png

yes, these changes will not work for you, you care not using cloud template, you are using standard templates.
For this you need to make the changes in this file -> wp-content/plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper/comments.php -> https://i.imgur.com/g60NFK1.png -> https://i.imgur.com/GSPYeOy.png
But if you only want to change this field placeholder, you can do it from theme panel> translate https://i.imgur.com/7AlxcCw.png -> https://i.imgur.com/RRAubS7.png -> https://i.imgur.com/qSR9zUE.png in this way you do not need to make any change in the me files.
