I tried to deactivate some of the plugins and delete cache, still the same. I hope you can help me to fix it. Thank you.

Hi,
I see the problem, it also affect this block title, maybe others

The titles are there is both cases, but are invisible due to a white background color

Did you maybe set a white background color in the general header settings?

Please try to clear it or set a different color and check again.
