Hello,
where can i change the comment options, at the moment it ask for “Nickname” “Email” and “website”.
i want only the “Nickname” and maybe accept the checkbox “Comment terms”
Is there a Themeoption to change that or musst i change that in the code?

Hello,
Sorry but our theme uses the default WP comment section. There are no settings to add or remove fields. You can either edit the code for the comments o use a plugin that can offer advanced comment controls.
