Comment Policy Checkbox

How i can activate the Comment Policy Checkbox and manage link to privacy?
Everithing is uptaded. The show commenets cookies option is flagged on discussion setting.

That one is chidden using a css in the child theme also it is possible that the text for the checkbox to be removed from the theme panel > translates -> https://i.imgur.com/Z5NbsLG.png

According to the Italian law, before the send button there must be a checkbox which, if not selected, does not allow commenting. A text relating to privacy with the link to privacy must appear next to the check box.

Hi,
I understand. Unfortunately, your theme do not have that option, but I think it can be added using a plugin, for example you can use this guide, according to the guide this can be achieved by using the Jetpack.
