Hi
At the bottom of my articles, users can leave a comment but I would like to make some changes
1. Where it says “Leave a Reply”, can it be changed to “Leave a Comment”
2. Can the comment box be made smaller (height)?

Hello !
1. That can be achieved by going into Theme Panel – Translations and you will find the text to translate.
2. Unfortunately that cannot be achieved.
