Hello,
On my website, the sentence ‘Comments are closed.’ appear in the top of the page.
Here is my website :

How can I remove it or put it down in the page?

Hello !
This happens because you have in settings > discussion check the box for automatically closed comments after a set numbers of days -> https://www.screencast.com/t/96CzDYJIrl please uncheck the box and save the settings, after that clear all cache and see if there is still a problem ( the “Comments are closed” text should disappear and comments will open again ).
