comments at the end of the page

we have the prebuilt default pro and on the home page at the end place a comment widget. In the Taddiv you can see that widget but it does not allow you to select or delete it. We will need to remove it, as no comments will be allowed. How do I get it?

For the comments on homepage please enable this option from Theme Panel -> Template Settings -> Page Template => https://www.screencast.com/t/oZDjmaCk1JnL

I think there was a misunderstanding, in order not to have comments on the page, that option must be enabled.
