No, I’m not using any plugin for comments. I have just used the google social signup option.

Sorry, maybe I just not understanding.
The shudhhindi.com has set the comment for desktop – https://i.imgur.com/DlC8bgi.png, mobile – https://i.imgur.com/gQI0ZOR.png and amp – https://i.imgur.com/Qe1UK3l.png, all are the same.
The only difference from your screen and your website is google social signup option.
