Hi,
The theme does not have an option to change the pagination in the comments. The pagination used will be a next/prev cycling through comments (older and newer).
Maybe something like this will be added in a future update, I will add it on our list.

A nice and clean pagination for the comments would improve a lot the user experience and of course, the bounce. In the meantime, I will just use a plugin. Thank you for your reply.
