Hello TAGDIV team, I would like to know if is safe install the last veriosn of WordPress WordPress 6.9 “Gene” with Newspaper theme or you are known about some issue.

Hi,
Yes, you can use WP 6.9, just make sure that you also use the last theme version 12.7.4 to have the best results.
Before making any updates, make sure that you have a full backup for your website.
