what do you mean by “get in touch with your host” ?
i told you, as far as i know these are paid plugins which came with newspaper theme, and from time to time, i see my site is a mess, i login and i see that these plugins are not installed.
i’ve re-installed them 10 times, before come in and ask for help.

The plugins don’t have an option to disable automatically; some options or plugins do it, and the issue and what caused it can be found in the error log.
