Whilst I acknowledge that AdRotate is not a plugin on your tested list, it is a plugin you have frequently suggested in this forum. Thus I felt i would alert you to a conflict occurring in theme 10.3.5 with AdRotate 5.8.4.
With AdRotate installed and activated the MegaMenus on the theme do not load. With AdRotate deactivated it does.
Whilst I understand if you elect to provide no support for this, I am prepared to offer access if you do wish to look at this issue. Cache was cleared, child theme deactivated. AdRotate also notified.
