I installed the AdRotator plugin today and started noticing an issue with the way my site looked while the plugin was activated. I often use Style 10 and a tweaked version of Style 11 for posts with videos. The video player does not display correctly, nor do other elements on my tweaked post style.

In all 3 screenshots you can see the YouTube video player is not rendered correctly. And in the 3rd screenshot the Download/Subscribe buttons should have more buttons displayed underneath. This isn’t just an issue of the YouTube player not displaying correctly. In fact, I don’t even have any AdRotator ads on this posts.
I have deactivated AdRotator for now so that my site looks as it is intended to.
Any thoughts on what is wrong?
So I just tried a couple settings in AdRotator and found a work around. For some reason this conflict only occurs if AdRotator loads the javascripts in the footer. If I uncheck the option and have AdRotator load the javascripts in the header, the post displays as expected.

Some plugins actually require their javascript to be rendered in the header. That is why speedbooster was made compatible with known plugins as it may create conflicts such as this.

There is no official tested ad plugin as we have our own ad system. Adrotate works with our theme even though it’s not tested by us but by our users. it only seems to require the javascript to load in it’s default state, not moved to the footer with the speedbooster plugin.
