Yes, well, people answer stuff in order received …
you might need to provide way more info — like, link to page ?

Did you check F12/console for javascript errors?

Did you look at your page source to see what is actually “on your page” to see if you have an undefined div around your element? Bad code, etc.?

Did you specify how those widgets were setup – plugin? Raw HTML code, etc?

What browser used?

What steps did you try to fix it??

Also doing “bumps” here actually pushes stuff to back of queue, not the top.

(I don’t work here. Just long time user.)

Hello iamkingsleyf,

I have inspected it closer your website and I did not saw any problems with it. Everything seems to work as expected on the mobile version. Provide more details if the problem reappears on your side.

Thanks.

Hello

On this post https://www.healthable.org/unknown-health-benefits-uses-snow-mountain-garlic/ you can send the sponsor widget on top the subscription widget when viewed on mobile http://m.imgur.com/7OpBylC

Also shouldn’t there be space between widgets? http://m.imgur.com/4ZVMat6

Hello iamkingsleyf,

First of all, please keep in mind that if you keep replying you will only delay your answer because we answer from oldest to newest. Posting more and more replies will only move your post to the fresher ones and delay the answer further. For future optimal response time, please only post once and wait for the reply as we answer every message.

I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using a lot of Ads which are not supported by our theme and also, use a lot of untested plugins which a break the theme layout, sorry! In the bottom of your article pages, on mobile, you have some problems with your ad which does not come from our theme, sorry! As a quick fix, you can try using the code below and place it in Theme Panel -> Custom CSS area.

The code is ->

@media (max-width:767px){
.pc_block_inactive{
float:inherit!important;
}
}

The result -> https://www.screencast.com/t/L0dEZ9LT

Also, I saw that you are using the Google Adsense Link Units -> https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/15817?hl=en. Notice that our theme does not recognize these parameters, and if you want to achieve that format of Ads, you can try to use the AdRotate plugin. The theme only works using the Google Adsense ad codes: https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads/ … for another type of ads you can either use wp text widget or a plugin like Simple Ads Manager or AdRotate to render the code then use theme’s ad spots. There is no official tested ad plugins as we have our ad system. Adrotate works with our theme even though it’s not tested by us but by our users. It seems that your Google Units Ad cause some problems in the mobile version because it has a width fix.

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello,

I already have 34 active plugins i don’t want more.

Also all my ads are responsive ads except the banner ads.

I will try your recommendations.

By the way on the post editor screen who is using the other sidebar?

Hello iamkingsleyf,

Please notice that our theme has a list of tested plugins which can be found here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/izs2HmxHF For better results you should use only of them, sorry! Notice that the first steps for debugging in WordPress are to disable all of the untested plugins and rule out the conflicting plugins, sorry! Remembers that no theme can be compatible with all of the existent plugins, sorry!

Thanks.
