Is there any conflicts with the jetpack plugin? I want to be able to use the WordPress mobile app and I need the jetpack plugin for it

Hi,
As far as I know there should be no problems for compatibility. But, it is possible that some settings from the jetpack plugin to change some settings, for example the top admin bar can be replace -> https://i.imgur.com/zmRC6hE.png and there can be other settings too.
