Is it possible to remove the border in construction theme.
So that the page will cover the whole without the (grey, dotted) border ?
that it is not a box with a website but the website completely fills the screen ?

It is not full screen because of the side borders.

That is the bordered website setting in the Theme panel->Multipurpose section

The construction demo has such a border set, remove it if you do not want a bordered website.

I understand what you mean, but if I put that on 0 or leave it blank its not deleting the borders. Only top and bottom.

Removing the option there will not cause the website to be full width. The website will be boxed, because of the background
