In order to achieve that page of contact, you’ll need to make a new page and edit it using tagDiv Composer, set a hero image and column text-> http://prntscr.com/olyhcr then set the contact form 7 code -> http://prntscr.com/olyh30 , new you can edit the hero image and the row for column text -> http://prntscr.com/olyka2 set on that row the padding and on top set with “-” to move up the contact
