Hello,
I saw that in newsmag contact page there is a contact form.
i can’t find it in my website.
do i have to install a plugin (ex. contact form 7) ori am i missing something?

On Contact page from our demo we use Contact Form plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/ for the comments sections.
