Hi,
I tried uploading different contact form template page, but everytime in the contact form section I see this error:
[“wpforms ID=”4833” title= “false” description= “false”]
So this is what I see on frontend and backend instead of the regular contact forms with name, email, etc
Could you help me fix this problem please?

That is a shortcode that will render if a specific plugin is installed, in this case is need to install the wpforms plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpforms-lite/ create your own form and replace in the above shortcode the id with your form id and it will render your form.

Thank you, but it doesn’t work in any case. Even if I include the form, or the embedded code, I just see the [wpforms id=”14454″] line and that’s it.

Can you please provide some screenshots? I will need a screenshot from wp forms with the form and id and one from the page where the shortcode is set and hos it is set. Also a link to the page where is set will help. Make sure that if you set the shortcode with tagDiv Composer, you set it in a column text or text with title element in code/text zone – https://imgur.com/DSSni9j
