Hi,
Edit the form then remove the field you don’t want and save your changes then take the shortcode and add it to your page: http://screencast.com/t/GCatXSXXCLZk

Hi,
Means that you don’t refer to the contact form but to comment form for which you can remove the website field from here: http://screencast.com/t/oxrLBCVvBl
