Where can i change the ‘contact us’ text in footer? (Precedes email address setup in ‘footer info content’)

If you mean just the text “contact us” that can be translated from the translation settings.

Theme panel > Translations > Translations > Contact us (scroll down to almost 1/2 of the page)
