The header image causes a cumulative layout shift. For the ads in the mobile theme I got the code for a div container which reduced the problem. Can I also use such a div container for the header image? If yes where I have to place it? The code was:
<div style=”width:300px; height:250px;”>
</div>

Hi Topfgartenwelt,
Yes, you can use this type of code for any ads or banners -> https://i.imgur.com/gUJ5xsx.png or in them panel if you use the code from there -> https://i.imgur.com/g9sbpoK.png
Thank you!
Ok, but I want to use the code for the header-image (logo) too and I don’t know where I should set it… There is no field in the tagdiv-composer to enter that piece of code…

Hi,
Unfortunately this can not be use of logo, but you can use the a svg logo -> https://i.imgur.com/YeaFZ4n.png -> or https://i.imgur.com/YVXFKQI.png
Hope this will help.
Ok, thank you very much. I think it worked, but now I have the problem that there is not only shown the SVG-Logo but also the header title-text Topf.Garten.Welt (https://www.topfgartenwelt.com/bluetenendfaeule-tomaten-kalziummangel-wegen-hitze-was-tun) Is there a way to remove the title text without losing the the title completely?
Greetings Kathrin
Hi,
You need to let only the svg log, the image logo or text logo need to be remove https://i.imgur.com/YH6ohGw.jpg.
Unfortunately I do note quite understand this part “Is there a way to remove the title text without losing the the title completely?”
Thank you!
When I delete the text-logo in the themepanel I have the problem that I lose the name of my blog and in the mobile version instead topfgartenwelt newspaper is shown. So the it seems to be the only possibility to use the svg-logo beside the text-logo, but I don’t like that look 🙁 Is there a way to show only the svg logo on desktop but keep the textlogo for mobile?
Greetings Kathrin
Hi,
You can use tagDiv Composer to hide the text-logo on desktop -> https://i.imgur.com/MtbBJpa.jpg or you can remove it from desktop header and set it only on mobile menu -> https://i.imgur.com/19vFcby.png without settings on mobile the svg logo.
Thank you!
I have tried to follow your instructions but the header css gradient menu contains no dropdown menu in my version of the composer (latest version). There is just a blank field. When i fill it with “hidden” there is no change…

Dear Calin, here is the link with the screenshots: https://www.topfgartenwelt.com/svg-logo

Hi,
Here -> https://i.imgur.com/GnvGm0K.png you need to click on the arrow and the drop-menu will be display, after that you can hide one logo and display only the other one.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Thank you very much! I know that an arrow opens a drop-down-menu but on the first marked option gradient there is none 🙂 If I use the hide option in the css menu there is nothing shown no svg image and no text. So I used the option under the general options –> hide text and this seems to work.
