This seems to be an wordpress issue since it looks like you do not have admin rights but you are admin. After a quick google search i’ve found this: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/new-post-or-page-submit-for-review-only/
Let me know if this helps.
Also please note that support team is answering the topics from latest to newest. So if you keep replying to your topics or creating multiple topics you only make the waiting time longer. And our working hours are 08:00 AM to 17:00 PM ( Monday to Friday ) GMT+2
