Hello,
I want to modify the size of the extract displayed in module 4 so that the 2 modules 4 which are right next to it stop in the same place.
https://zupimages.net/viewer.php?id=20/17/ks1k.png
I modify the value of the “CONTENT LENGTH” field in “THEME PANEL”> “Excerpts”.
https://www.zupimages.net/viewer.php?id=20/17/o6l5.png
I also modified the value of the “Excerpts Length” field in “Edit with TD composer.

It does not work, I can put all the values in these 2 fields, nothing changes.
Hi,
I think that you set on the wrong excerpts for block 2 you need to set on these -> https://i.imgur.com/YQKwOQ9.png also you can set only individual on that block -> https://i.imgur.com/8JpIwMT.png
Thank you!
Ok thank you.
I modify the number of words in the exerpt length field as you can see on my capture (20 words) but it doesn’t work. I can put any number of words, nothing happens.
Hi,
Do you have set on that post an excerpt -> https://i.imgur.com/qy7XeGg.png ? if yes, then the option will not work, the option is working only for post content to make it as an excerpt.
If this is not the case, make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thank you!
hello Calin,
Thank you, that’s clear. I did not understand that. Indeed I have an excerpt on this article. If I delete it, the value that I indicate in the field plays on the length.
However what I would like is to be able to define the maximum size displayed if I have an excerpt in the article. There is no possibility?
Hi,
Unfortunately this will not work, sorry. The excerpt is work like this -> https://wordpress.org/support/article/excerpt/ or theme just control the “first 55 words of the post.”
Thank you for your understanding!
