Hello, I’m using smart list 2 to build my listicle.
But the problem is, it doesn’t show the content of each list on the frontend.

And sometimes, the content is shown, but the list image shrunk (though it’s been set full widht).

Looks as if there is no description text entered, only the heading and image. So sometimes the description text is shown? That would be unusual, it should appear at all times. Seems to happen in this post as well – https://www.seniberpikir.com/topik-blog-terpopuler/

Did you maybe make modifications to the smart list templates? What if you try a different smart list template?
If they sometimes show, could also be the case that a plugin is causing it. You could try as a quick test to temporarily deactivate all non-theme plugins, check if that has any effect on the issue. Let us know.

Only on this post it’s not working.
I have similar configuration on another post: https://www.seniberpikir.com/theme-wordpress-terbaik-untuk-personal-blogger/ and it works perfectly fine as it should.
When it worked out fine, another problem showed up when the images aligned to the left and converted into small-sized images (their sizes are actually above the content width). So I modified the smart list CSS to make the images 100% width.
After some time, the issue showed up and I’ve removed the CSS modification, cleared every cache there is, and the problem persists.
I’ve also deactivated all my plugins, used another theme and switched back to newspaper, view the result in incognito mode, and nothing’s changed.
Also, I’ve tried using other smartlists, still nothing works.
What could be wrong?

While the smart list seems to work alright, there are other issues in that post. The sidebar appears on top of the post content – http://prntscr.com/n3hjps and the related posts section is broken – http://prntscr.com/n3hk3r
This could be the result of invalid HTML used somewhere in the post content or in the sidebar maybe, in most cases that is why it happens. Or maybe modifications of theme files in a child theme.
If you want us to take a look at both these issues, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, we may need to disable plugins or the child theme to investigate. Include a link to this topic in the email.

I found out that there might be some issue with my child theme since everything’s all right when I disabled it.
Let’s call it a day for now, I’ll try to fix my child theme afterwards.
