May I know how to make the content to be full width (td-outer-wrap)

Hello,
Unfortunately the theme has no option for full width content. The theme elements rely on a fixed width layout and changing this width will impact all elements on screen. You will need quite a bit of custom work to accomplish a full width website properly. Unfortunately we cannot offer any custom work at the moment so if you need help doing it you can hire a freelancer to help you out from sites like studio.envato.com
