From time to time, I see some examples at websites, when you get into a single post, below you can find posts displayed in full, instead of related news thumbnails etc.
As an exampple, check out this site:

I think this could be doable in some way, is there a quick fix we can do this at php or do you know a plugin for that?

Unfortunately, our theme has not been designed to have this feature. We added this on our list of fixes and hopefully that in near future to implement this, as soon as possible. There is not a simple task to implement and until we will finalize this in our theme, you should find a plugin to do this thing for your or please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to do this thing for you.

Unfortunately, we do not have some tested plugins for this feature. You should find a lot of plugins from Wp panel->Plugins section, like this: http://screencast.com/t/SE6lFh1cRmXy
