I need to add a new page for contributors for my site. Please let me know i will add this page at my current website (www.newsontip.com). Moreover as i make all images as gallery image in any post. First is showing but rest of are not displaying, just show an error.

I assume you want to show a page with content from contributors. In this case you can create a new page and add visual composer elements to it in order to create the layout and then filter the results from block settings based on the post author: http://screencast.com/t/L71ogANpz For this filter you will need the user ID you can get from here: http://screencast.com/t/NOooGdXZuHy
As for the image lightbox, this will work for your images if theyu are set to link to the media file. If you add another link to the image, the lightbox will no be able to display the post. Featured images work by default as they are set o link to the media file.

The page you suggested requires you to use a plugin like mailchimp to create the forms necesarry and then simply style your page as needed in the editor.
