How do you control the number of text allowed to be displayed.
For example: In one of the featured article on the front page your demo displays “All right. Well, take care yourself. I guess that’s what you’re best, presence old master? A tremor in the Force. The last time felt…” and it cuts of there.
However, when I put my content, it displays quite a lot more than what it appears in the demo version. I tried putting a read more but that still doesn’t work.
Please advise!
Hi,
I assume your language does not use spacing for the words. The excerpts cut the titles and content based on spacing between words. If there is no space, then it is detected as a single big word. If you have no spacing, then please set the excerpts by letters from here: http://screencast.com/t/w5WCk9HzsDA8

Thank you. You are correct. The excerpts work however, when changing to letters, it becomes too short.
Is there anyway to adjust the number of letters displayed?

As a simple explanation, a module is the base element in our site. A module in it’s standard form is used on category templates, search templates or other templates. Modules can be selected like so: http://screencast.com/t/wT4Gy4Zvs

I’m trying to identify the modules because I’m trying to fix the excerpts. When I change to letters, the excerpts are too little.
When I change the number of excerpts, it seems that some of the modules break by just reloading the browser.
