New user to Newspaper. In my posts template the copy now bumps right on the first 4 or 5 lines – like I have a box with a text flow bumper. I can’t figure out how to undo or fix. Help!

Sorry but I cannot understand what you mean. What are you trying to copy? How are you doing it? Please provide screenshots and a link to your site so we can understand better how to help.

Sorry if that was confusing. The first two paragraphs of every post have been shifted to the right. Instead of being left justified, they have been pushed to the start in the middle of the paragraph – as if they are being wrapped around a box. Im thinking they are wrapping around an ad for placement in the template now, but Im not sure how that happened. Site is not live yet to provide a url. Not sure how to include a screenshot in this text post.

It sounds like a post style 1 to me. IF you use post template 1 and your ad is not being delivered properly, you will get this effect. Here is how post style 1 will show the top ad and featured image:

I’m not sure this is the case though. I can only speculate without actually being able to inspect the site.

That looks exactly like whats happening. How do change the post style 1 to something else. WordPress dashboard or in the tagdiv styles. Can you walk thru directions to do this? Thx!
Adding to my last reply – Im using Post Style 3 in the Newspaper theme panel (Posts settings > default post template (site wide) > Post Style 3). With the large photo/headline on top the copy underneath (first block) starts to the right like Post Style 1 does – but my photo is on top. Im thinking the ad placement is here. But in all of the previews the post page doesnt show an ad block. Help.
Can you please provide a link to your site so I can inspect why this happens?
