Hi, I am pasting image directly in the post.
While this is Ok in the post, those images are not available in the Media library (for any further use)

Unfortunately this is not a Newspaper Theme support request.
That option is not available from wordpress. You will have to use a plugin or stick to the original uploading method. Find out more about it here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/media/
