The color for ToTop Button is the Accent color from Theme Panel -> Theme Color -> General Theme color => https://i.imgur.com/gvoN3sh.png
The theme accent color it only applies to certain elements, for example, to back to top button.

I’m trying to change the totop button color as well. I’ve changed the Theme Accent color via the Theme Panel as instructed, but the color of the totop button isn’t changing. I’ve tried refreshing with ctrl+F5 just to be sure it wasn’t stuck cached.
My site is built from a blank cloud template; not sure if that’s related.
