Unfortunately Newspaper Theme does not offer a carousel option at the moment.
You can achieve a static effect on this by following this steps:
Add a ROW and divide it in 4: https://www.screencast.com/t/FeOupTfgJ3Q ; Add an inner row in each column and divide it into 4 : https://www.screencast.com/t/FeOupTfgJ3Q After creating the columns ( you will have 16 ) you can add image single image element in it and upload your image: https://www.screencast.com/t/gBMNtm7kTrh

How will it appear on mobile if it’s statics. I was aiming something can be scrolled left or right to view all the logos/image. Static won’t work in this manner
