Corrupt footer – unable to edit with TagDiv Composer

Somehow, the footer on my website is corrupted.

I have tried to edit using TagDiv Composer, but get this error message, which prevents me from editing.

Any thought please on how to fix this problem?

Hi,

Have you checked for a plugin conflict? Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; also, if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache, and try again.

I’ve done all that and I can use the default footer template to overcome the problem.

Is there I way I can edit my customised footer template?
