Hello !
If you mean the menu on mobile device you will have to edit the menu by going into Dashboard – Appearance – Menus, select the location of the menu and edit it. Please note that this feature comes from wordpress. For more information you can follow this tutorial: https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Menu_User_Guide
