Couldn't install TagDiv Visual Composer

Hi
I use WP 5.2.4, Newspaper 9.6.1 and WPBakery Visual Composer 4.12.1
For updating Newspaper to 9.8, I use plugin Envato Market 2.0.3
After updating NP, I use page newspaper/plugins.
Push install button tagdiv composer
Download failed. cURL error 7: Failed connect to giftpic.ru:80; Connection refused
Than I try Manual Update from the WP-Admin
Did not work same
Then I use ftp for manual extract file zip to directory of plugins
THEN I use page newspaper/welcome and push button

AND site don’t work at all. I cant to connect to it.
I used backups.
What can I do for install tag div visual composer?

Same results – after I push activate td visual composer, I had error technicals problem on the site… And site did not available.

Step-by-step actions:
Updated News Paper via Envato Market – successfully done.
Clean cache
Install td visual composer via Newspaper/Plugins – failed. Not connected to the host.
Unzip td-composer to wp-content/plugins on host via FTP – successfully done.
Activating td visual composer via Newspaper/Plugins – error technicals problem on the site… And site did not available.
Restoring site…

Maybe I mast delete WPBakery Visual Composer, before activating tag div visual composer?
