Hello, I have an issue with sharing links on Facebook or whatsapp: the cover photo of the post does not appear, the logo of the site appear instead

Do you have proper open graph tags setup? When you ‘view source’ of your posts, do you see the FB image data there? Without OG tags, they cannot pull the image.
(I don’t work here.)
