I d like to use the “Review” feature of your website on one Custom Post Type that i created.
The best thing would be to have a visitor rating.
I know that some plugins do that very well ( for instance like wp reviews pro) but it causes conflict with your theme and i am not fan of having a plugin for a feature which is already implemented n a theme ( even if this only partially).

At the moment the theme does not offer the same settings as default posts, for custom post types. Reviews are not available for custom post types. However you can use review plugins instead. Search for some of these plugins, install them and make some tests. There must be one that works properly and probably has more options besides the theme reviews.

I suggest using Let’s Review plugin. Only thing with other plugins like Let’s Review plugin is that Newspaper theme has been built up little bit strange and it’s kind of pain in the ass to get shown reviews scores (like stars) on front page post list like you see with wp-review plugin what they use.

@Grexi126 Unfortunately nothing has changed in the matter of custom post types. We try to add more new features with each update, there are a lot of plans, but it takes time to implement and test them.
Every suggestion is noted and considered, the most popular ones have priority however. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Have you also thought of puting a filter in the block to sort only posts with reviews ????

Can’t say exactly, could be on the list. I will add it if it’s not.
As always we have to be careful with what new features are added in the theme. Some users complain because there are too many settings, or that we add settings which are of no use to them and only get in the way.
