The CPU Time Ussage on my hosting plan is usually always over . . . and the Account Executions is double.
Is there something on newspaper theme that needs to be optimized to help with that?
I just deleted a bunch of unnecessary files on my cpanel, deleted about 5 un-needed plugins on the site backend.
Any other help is appreciated.

If the theme is using to much cpu, you can use the guide from here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/a-few-tips-for-newspaper-x-speed-high-cpu-usage-issues/ you can reduce the number of queries.

Ads is on the list.
If using the tag div at manager can multiple ads be in the same spot and the system just selects a different one per page load? (Not using ad sense, but my own ads)

I think that you can do that, but our theme do not have a system for this, will display all the ads from that spot, only if you set a code or something to change the ads.

So if i have an ad plugin – is it best to set it so it only loads one ad per page load – as compared to loading all ads and scrolling through them?

Hi, yes, it will be better in that way, because if all ads will be load the same time, it will take a long time to load the page.
