crawl issue in redirection (google webmaster)

whenever I tried to submit any link to the webmaster tool then I am getting status as redirection instead of success.
i have also checked my DNS status but I did not find any problem.so please help me guys

Hello @depakranjan

If you are using SSL make sure you have added https version of your site to the Google Webmaster tool property. Also, check if you using www version.

Tip: Always add a slash (/) to the end of URL you submit to crawl.
